We regret to inform you that due to heavy Valentine's Day load we are Temporarily Unable to Handle Unusual High Volume of Calls and Emails. In case you concern is about "Delivery Not Being Within a Specified Time Frame", you are requested to note that we only guarantee delivery on a specified date and not within a specified time frame and we have already stated the same on each and every product description page as well (Desired Delivery Date Applies Only If The Order Was Placed Before Valentine's Day Cut-Off).
